Hello, I'm getting the "New order rejected"x3 due to Bitmex overload, is there anyway to configure SC trading system to keep trying order until order successful? I checked documentation but couldn't find any. Thanks. |

No, this is not regarded as safe. It is not something we would add.

What do you mean by delay the alert? We are not understanding this.

Sorry for my bad english, let me rephrase. My SC trade alert only at bar close, but bitmex high probability overload at bar close, hence high probability trade reject. So is it possible to delay SC summit new trade order to bitmex 1 minute after alert? |

You really have to develop this using ACSIL: Advanced Custom Study Interface and Language (ACSIL) So the alert will need to be implemented using ACSIL and then you could submit the order after a delay. You could also check to see that the status went to an error state and that the Position Quantity has not changed. This can be a signal to retry sending the order.
