TD Ameritrade and Proper Exchange Fee Rate

I just need clarification on what Exchange Fee I should be on. I currently have selected No futures account and am on the $42 plan for CME (ES). I actually trade futures and have an open account with TDAmeritrade but know they don't support Sierra for futures. Therefore, I chose the $42 plan. I need access to NYMEX, COMEX and CME and see that as a package for $15.75/trading account required. Am I good to sign up for that feed since I do have a futures account but will not integrate through TDAmeritrade?

TD Ameritrade will work as the funded trading account allowing you to select the lower priced CME fees, as long as you are not seen as a professional trader and as long as you have at least $500 in your account with them. Therefore, go back and select TD Ameritrade for your Futures Broker. Then deactivate the CME E-mini, For professionals and users without a trading account exchange, and activate the Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts exchange.
