Hi when I try to roll to the new contract I get some false data points that cause the charts to show a price range not really registered in the market and while the CL chartbook is open my CPU usage is constantly at 100%. PC becomes un-usable till I close the CL chartbook. I'm running v.1956, SC Denali data package (with Interactive Broker) I have this issue with CL and GC new contract. No issues with other futures like eur/usd globex contract Thanks m Date Time Of Last Edit: 2019-07-23 11:52:06

To be precise I get on the 22nd a spike that is clearly a bug of some sort (in CL price ranging from 0 to 380+)

We want you to close all Chartbooks with File >> Close All Chartbooks. Open a new chart for the CL and GC contracts and do not add any studies. Right-click in those charts before 2019-7-22 and select Delete and Download Data. Confirm the historical data download. The chart data should then be fine. You can then open your Chartbooks again.
