Can't apply session settings to the CBOT treasuries.

I have custom session times: 8:20 to 16:59:59 and 18:00 to 8:19:59 that show in the symbol setting but when I apply the times all that is displayed is 0:0 to 23:59:59. I'm using SC order routing and Rithmic for data feeds and it happens with both. Version 1952 prerelease. Also in spreadsheet can't change treasuries format from 1/32 despite what symbol settings are. I missed the use custom settings in the upper corner of symbol settings. Applied both suggestions fixed spreadsheet also. I'm good to go.
