HOW TO CREATE A SIERRA CHART FROM LIVE 3RD PARTY EURUSD FEED IN MS EXCEL

Dear Support Board Team I have uploaded a small video (EUR AUTO FEED IN MS EXCEL VIDEO which opens with VLC media player), which contains a MS excel (file also uploaded with live date×tamp, open, high, low and close feed on minute timeframe interval for the EURUSD. This feed shall come on my computer thru a third party software. Can I create a sierra chart from this live feed. The excel which shall supply the live feed shall be saved on my computer and the same shall be linked to the 3rd party software (thru an excel add-in) on a permanent basis. request for your help.
