Lock Fill Space keyboard shortcut not working anymore

A few releases back (I can't remember which now) If 'Lock Fill Space' was enabled, I could use the ctrl key and left mouse button to change the Lock Fill Space area. This isn't working anymore. Is this a bug? Thanks S |

No this is not a bug. If you are using the Hand tool you cannot do this. You need to change the fill space with the Control key and use the scrollbar at the bottom of the chart.
