I have been having issues with my internet connection. All of my trades are closed with my data provider, Rithmic. But SC is still showing one as open and I can't figure out how to clear it even though I have hit flatten and cancel many times. SC responds that I don't have anything open but continues to calculate P&L for me as though I have a trade open. I can't find anything regarding this on the support board. I am probably not looking in the right place. Thank you |

This is just an issue relating to the Daily or Net Profit/Loss. You just need to adjust the Order Fills Start Date-Time in the Chart Settings for this. I have been through the documentation and followed the instructions. I still have a trade open in SC that was closed during the internet outages last week with Rithmic. My Trade Log is carrying this as an open trade and I cannot find a way to clear it so my P&L reflects accurately in SC. Thank you for your patience. |
