Custom Indicatorwill not load on second computer

I have purchased a custom indictor that has been pushed to me via the vender through Sierra Charts. It loads and works fine on my laptop but no matter how I've tried to get it on my desktop version of Sierra Charts I get an error. The error is as follows: CreateStudyDLLModuleFunctionObject Error Loading C:\SierraChartAMP\Data\PrecisionVolumeTrading.dll. Windows error code 126. The specified module could not be found. Likely missing dependency file. I have other custom indicators that have been pushed to me that work fine on both my laptop and desktop. Thanks for your help. Contact the developer of this particular study and see if there are any other DLL files it depends upon which need to be installed. For example, there might be a Microsoft redistributable package required.
