Dear Support, I preconfigured some study alerts. I make them enabled when I do need them under certain conditions. After that when the alert is triggered once I need it to be disabled automatically. Is there a way to achieve this via GUI or spreadsheet formula? Thanks. |

There is no support to automatically disable an alert once a condition has been met. The only option is to manually go to where the alert has been created and uncheck the option for Enabled. We have been thinking about a way to do what you are requesting, but have not found a reasonable answer yet. If we do get this into a release soon, we will update you through this thread. Thank you. There are lots of situations where traders need an alert to be triggered once and then disabled such as symbol alerts.

Ok we will look at adding an option to disable a charter study alert after the initial trigger.

Great, Symbol alert options such as monitoring options (once or continuous) and alert log and/or alert pop up display are great and It would be marvelous to have them in study alerts as well. Thank you. |

I see that you added option as "disable simple alert after trigger' Thank you very much for adding this feature. You saved a lot of time for me. Is there a way to push study alerts into alert pop as well? Or what is your best practice suggestion to be notified by study alerts? Thanks again. |

A new pop-up option has also been added for alerts. You can set the pop-up to show or not within the alert number itself.
