Hi, I am trying to load a chartbook (shared by a peer) with multiple charts, one of which includes numbers bars, numbers bars calculated values and market depth historical graph studies. It loads/displays as a blank page and I am not able to access the chart settings for it. All other charts in the chartbook loads fine after changing to CQG symbol. I am on a trial period through AMP (CQG trial data). I have contacted them both and they both confirmed CQG is sending all the necessary data, even in trial mode, to Sierra Charts. Can someone help with this? Thanks for your time |

So there is a problem just with one of the charts in the Chartbook? To go to the chart settings for a chart, go to that chart and then select Chart >> Chart Settings . There should not be a problem with this. Correct. There are a dozen charts in the chartbook. All of them load and display correctly after symbol translation command you recommended. Only one not loading and displaying is the chart with NBs, NBs calculated values, and market depth historical graph studies. I do not have any troubles accessing chart settings on all other charts. The troublesome chart displays as blank window in Windows taskbar when hovering mouse over Sierra Chart running program. When trying to click/access that chart, it takes me to the initial main chart upon chartbook open. Thanks.

For the record the problem was that the chart was simply offscreen and needed to be repositioned within the coordinates of the monitor.
