time system to server error and missing data after computer shutdown and start up

After doing 'set system date to serve'r in global settings get message saying 'windows error 1314 . a required privilege is not help by client' Also, after shutting computer down and coming back to it, when charts reload they are not loading complete data from point of shutdown, always a gap. Tried the delete and download data option from point of previous time but chart didn't reload the missing data |

There are two different problems here. 1. In regards to the operating system error with setting the date time, refer to: Global Settings Menu: Set System Date-Time from Server (Global Settings menu) 2.
