hi i see you disabled my feed when i was only trying to understand how to do that if needed i think ive reconnected the same package but it took all my credit and renewal was not yet due the help is not at all clear and i may be paying for packages that i dont use can i get you to check my account please it is possible to have any telephone help to help me undertand what i should be doing please |

Your Sierra Chart account and the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed was set to not renew on 2019-06-30 18:23:53. Now we have entered a new month so when you reactivated the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed there are new costs for the month of July. Most of that is exchange fees paid to the exchanges. So you are not paying twice. You also renewed your Sierra Chart service package and it now has an expiration date, of 2019-08-08. What exactly do you require? i think eurex is dax feed that i use but im not sure what the cme e mini exchange is can you help me there please i suspect i pay for level 5 that i dont use but really i e someone to access the file that i use and tell me im paying too much based on the charts that i can use rather than those i have access to can i send you my login and password so that you can look at my file try move best ? thanks max Date Time Of Last Edit: 2019-07-01 17:33:03
