hello i may need to stop trading but have some software purchased from david dube that i use on sierra that i dont want to loose its not clear from the help how i suspend my account and how long a suspension can be in place for please so that i dont loose dubes software thank you |

i can see how to deactivate a 25 dollar feed but what about my other 3 monthly charges 36 21 and 42 dollars im sorry but help and link above is not at all clear to me if i dont trade for a year is my custom study auth held on sierra for ever ? |

You need to cancel the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed here: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ExchangeDataFeedFeatures We can also do that for you. Just let us know.
