HI today I subscribed to the new service package via infinity futures transact and I signed at 36$ a month the sierra5 package license but I check and I did not have market depth and DOM, so in fact I'm still running level 3. Can you please check? thx |

I subscribed today to Infinity Transact Sierra chart, since till now I was paying 20$ or for free after 10 round trip for a Level 3 plus Numbers bars vs your Level 5 the has in addition DOM and MArket Depth. In this very quick changes between Sierra and Infinity I was told that the new pricing will be 36$/month but with the same features of Sierra direct services, while today, after buying the Level 5 license I discovered that DOM and MArket Depth are not included. Let me know about it.thx

Hi Ray, well I did register on late friday afternoon EU time to avoid any issue (and in facdt I need it remote assistance from Infinity to let my account be recognized) or disconnection today, since the new billing and services started July 1st. Attached find the license and the mail. thx. Alberto P.s. Pricing to be precise is 35$, yesterday there was a mistake on the portal at 36$ now it was corrected to 35$ as per license agreement. We will reach out today to make the DOM available for TransAct, we planned on making this available in September, but we don't think there is any issue with having this available much sooner.
