Data missing from Bitfinex. BSVUSD-Bitfinex, EOSUSD-Bitfinex

Hi, I have been using sierra chart for one year, it's great and help me a lot. Thanks for your effort on it. Since yesterday, the chart of EOSUSD-Bitfinex in SierraChart does not update. But charts of BTCUSD-bitfinex, ETHUSD-bitfinex update correctly. However, the App AICOIN in my Android phone shows the EOSUSD-Bitfinex update correctly. So the data feed from Bitfinex should be OK. Another problem is the BSVUSD-Bitfinex always loads no data and shows a blank chart in SierraChart, but the App AICOIN shows the BSVUSD-Bitfinex correctly. Could you help me with these two problems? I noticed that the price of EOSUSD-Bitfinex updates on real-time, but the bar chart is different from other data sources.
