It appears that Sierra Chart is no longer correctly pulling historical IQ Feed data to fill gaps after a disconnect. See the time gap on x-axis after the error in last screen shots. There is a 2 hour gap.

I did exactly what you suggested, lost all historical bars. I only have three bars and I am waiting for historical download. Which failed again. Not sure what needs to be done something has changed??

We are not observing any problem ourselves with the downloading of historical data from IQ Feed, we did a test today. Any change would be on the IQ Feed side. Could you please contact IQ Feed for help with this. They will need to examine the connectivity between their software on your computer (The IQFeed client) and their systems. That is where we see the problem.
