trouble downloading symbol data

for some reason historical data is not downloading, is there a reason for this, maybe a setting i applied by mistake

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Fully re-download the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >>Delete All Data and Download". We see you are using IQ Feed. We want you to do two things. Update to the latest IQ Feed software: http://www.iqfeed.net/index.cfm?displayaction=support§ion=download And update to the latest Sierra Chart version: Software Download: Fast Update After that: Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download".
