When I start Sierra it will barely run. I have attached two screenshots of the task manager. With just Windows 2016 running the CPU is at 5%. When I open Sierra he CPU usage goes to 99 - 100% and things barely run. The Desktop Window Manager is taking 72.9%. I don't know what to do. https://www.sierrachart.com/Download.php?Folder=TicketingSystem&download=29392 https://www.sierrachart.com/Download.php?Folder=TicketingSystem&download=29393 |

If you go to the Performance tab, what is the (CPU) Speed that you see when the Desktop Window Manager is using a lot of CPU? Are you using the computer with a monitor? Or are you connecting to it with Remote Desktop? Sierra Chart Support |

The CPU Speed is 3.29 as you can see. I think it has something to with the Desktop Window Manager. Yes on remote desktop. And I am using a computer with a monitor.
