We are looking into this. Can you let us know at the time you saw this, that your Trade Account had no Positions at all in any symbol? That might be what is leading to the problem.

I resolved the problem by going in to trade activity and I found one position active without any I'd our numbers , just blank entry and I did locate the same entry in orders page and simply deleted. Thanks |
