Would it possible to have a separate readable Alert Manager file, as opposed to storing them in the Sierra3.cfg file which is not readable? Having such a file would allow descriptive alerts to be sent. For instance, for a specific alert I can set a program/script to be run (Global Settings -> General Settings -> Alerts/General 3) that could pull information out of the Alert Manager file (eg Type, Source, Alert Text), and then send a notification to a phone/computer etc. At the moment numerous alerts/scripts have to be made if I want the notification to contain any information. Thanks. |
