Study/Chart Alerts And Scanning - Syntax question

Dear SC support team, What would be the syntax for an alert formula that would call a ID#.SG# in another chart that the chart the alert is on ? Besides, is it normal that a SG# that is set to ignore in a study cannot be used to set an alert? The alert is not fuctionning when I use such a SG#. Thank you for your support. Regards, Laurent |

This is explained here: Study/Chart Alerts And Scanning: Referencing Studies on Other Charts Besides, is it normal that a SG# that is set to ignore in a study cannot be used to set an alert? It does not matter what the Draw Style is. If it is Ignore it can still be referenced. There is another explanation for the issue.
