The 0% line is still there, but it is being covered by the -.236% line. You have the -.236% line set to a Width of 2, which makes it cover up the 0% line. If you turn it off or make a width of 1, you should be able to see the 0% line, although it is going to be very close to the -.236% line. As to the label, it is also being overridden by the -.236% label, and since they are larger, there is no way to get it to show at the same time.
