This requires activation of the S&P Indices exchange: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/SierraChartRealTimeFuturesStockDataFeed.php#CashIndexes Once you activate this exchange you can also get the ES premium as well. Also you should not be getting any kind of a download error for this particular symbol: ESM19-$INX Even if you do not receive real-time data you should be getting the historical data. Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Fully re-download the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >>Delete All Data and Download".
