I logged into sierra today and noticed there was a gap on all my charts How do i prevent this from happening so i can see the overnight data on intraday charts http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1560515322490.png |

tried the methods on there but the gap still reappears upon downloading the data

I did delete all data and download and now the charts only shows the current bar and nothing before then. Not sure what to do as i see nothing in the instructions regarding this |

There is some sort of connectivity problem then and this explains why the data was missing to begin with. Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Fully re-download the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >>Delete All Data and Download".
