The Trade DOM recenters when either: 1) the window gains focus by a mouse click event on the price column, OR 2) a mouse scroll event occurs on the window, when it does not have focus Scale settings for the Trade DOM are: constant range scale mode manual, and re-center on chart scroll is unchecked To reproduce (for easier visualization of the center, enable the chart center line): 1) With a Trade DOM and a chart open, click the chart window so that it gains focus 2) When the market moves a bit away from the center, click the price column of the Trade DOM (a single click or a click and drag) 3) Observe the center line move OR 1) Same as above 2) When the market moves a bit away from the center, hover the mouse over the Trade DOM window and scroll the mouse wheel 3) Observe the center line move |

We will look into this. We think this is the expected behavior but we can add an option to change this . How would this be possible when it does not have the focus?: 2) a mouse scroll event occurs on the window, when it does not have focus

I should clarify, as I don't think it's actually a "scroll event." What I mean is that when I hover my mouse over the Trade DOM and scroll using the wheel, this also triggers the behavior explained above. In other words, I don't have to click the window to give it focus in order for the scroll wheel to scroll the DOM up and down. This is the normal behavior for all applications, for example, you have two browser windows open, and you can scroll both up and down without clicking either one. |

We are going to add an option to control whether there is an automatic recenter of the constant range scale whenever there is a drag or scroll operation performed on the price column.

Was this option added? |
