Trade DOM Window Focus Mouse Glitch

If the trade DOM window is not focus, and price has changed, when you click on the price scale, the price scale jumps randomly up or down away from your mouse pointer. However, if you click on the window first to bring to focus, and price has changed, when you click on the price scale, the price scale does not move at all. I would like the same behavior for an unfocused window. Is there a setting to fix this? I believe this is a glitch. |

We do not observe anything like this and technically there is not going to be any difference with how you activate the window. It sounds like you are actually doing a double-click in the price scale or the operating system is doing that when you click on the price scale.

In regards to videos, refer to: Support Board Posting Information: Do Not Post Videos Unless Requested! There could be some amount of a drag of the price scale which would cause it to re-center. And you will also want to make sure you reset the scale by right clicking on the price scale and select Reset. I had my settings with Interactive Scale Move and Constant Range Scale with Manual Mode. Tried everything without any luck. The best solution for me is just to activate the window first. Thanks.

We have another similar report so we are going to be doing some testing. We have to check but there probably is an automatic Re-center when the price scale is left clicked on and/or dragged. We will add an option to disable that.

Did we get to the bottom of this. I have a similar issue when entering orders on an un-activated dom. Price will recenter and my order will enter market at the recaled value not the intended price.
