for the 5th of April (last Friday) for FX symbols. The close of the Historical FX data is not correct. Please compare with intraday-data (s. screenshot). This is on SC Forex Data (FXCM) [data] and the "Use Sierra Chart Historical Data Service" setting. I've checked on several FX symbols. |

No. It is not something we have control over. And there is no central exchange for foreign exchange, so it cannot be considered actually wrong.

Why is this the case? Are you producing the data yourself, then I would assume you can adjust this or do you get it from a data-provider (e.g. FXCM), then you should get in touch with them. And there is no central exchange for foreign exchange, so it cannot be considered actually wrong.
Come on, what are you trying to tell me here!e.g. in the EUR/USD we had a strong up day on Friday but your Historical data is showing a down day. We are not talking about a few pips. The close of your intraday chart is 1.2997 the close of the historical is 1.2921 which is a difference of 76 pips. To help you get on track ... at what time does the day close for the Historical data? The last time this 1.2921 level was reached is around 07:25 AM EST but the high of the day 1.3039 wasn't reached before 10:50 AM EST. Please take the time to have a closer look and possibly fix it. Thank you. P.S. Once again, this issue is not only on the EUR/USD. |

dear Tobi_FX had the same problem, delete in CHART SETTINGS - SYMBOL - the sign ^ before the EURUSD after data is correct question: where you can see the last time in historical charts i can only load days as the smallest unit ? |

Hi tomtom, thanks for your advice. I'm not using the ^ sign in my historical FX symbols though. I use them just as they come from the FXCM data feed. The last time/price comes from the intraday chart and I compared that with the last price of the historical chart. I think the close of the historical is at 05:00 PM EST (on Fridays it maybe at 04:00 PM EST). |

We do not control that data and we did not do anything.

Ok, then the thank you goes to FXCM. The least you could have done was to inform FXCM that the data is not correct though! |
