Can I get Sierra's platform working in spite of this

Some time ago I created two fake accounts to try your platform (on the same computer) Now I created this account (the "real"one) just three days ago. Theorically I have two weeks of free trial (I can't enjoy it cause I created fake accounts before on the same computer) Well ... if I want to activate Service Package 5 now ... on this same computer ... can I do it? Or I have to wait two weeks to my free trial expires before trying to activate the package? Cause maybe I activate the package before the trial expires and due to that I have troubles to get Sierra's platform working Thx |

Yes, you can activate Package 5 for your account at any time. Just select the package you want on this page: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ServicesActivation And ensure you have enough credit in your account for the package you selected. you can add credit to your account here: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=AddAccountCredit Although we see your account is active for the trial and it is good through 2019-06-07.
