Chart Replay working on #2 instance, but not #1

I have 2 instances that I run regularly. #1 has all of my order flow and numbers bars charts, then I have #2 with my higher level charts to take advantage of my second monitor. I was running some replays last night and noticed that #2 works as expected (prompts to clear trade activity and replays), however #1 does nothing. The documentation is clear, and I've read through it. But I'm clearly missing something. I'm on the futures trade evaluator, but even flipping back over to my live account with CQG, I get nothing different. Any help on this? |

Instance #2 does chart replay as expected. Instance #1 chart replay does not work. I get the replay control window, set a date in the past that is within the days that are loaded, click play, but nothing happens. No confirmation to clear trades or rolling back to the date requested. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2019-05-28 11:56:08

More context. Forgot to check the log, but it appears that with the Futures Trading evaluator because trade simulation mode is unavailable, the replay cannot well, replay. I get "service client does not support enabling trade simulation mode" It's odd that instance #2 does either does not respect this rule, or instance #1 should allow it. I'm hoping that instance #1 could allow for this somehow. |
