Bitmex order book issues

Once again there is orderbook issues, which is more than disapointing, every time when there was bigger move orderbook gets broken so I can't use my custom trading study, so in fact I have losses from that reason. I understand that Bitmex has crappy api, and troubles with stability, but when I pay for software I reckon that I have right to expect that I will able to use them and make profit. SierraChart is great per se, but Bitmex connector is sometimes realy shitty. Can you solve problem with orderbook while a big moves? Same issue as here: BItmex ticker and orderbook issues |

The problem is on the BitMex side. That is definitive. We will reset the connection to BitMex.
