Hello, i have two questions please, 1) on a DOM or Chart Dom i can place an order at price X multiple times and i end up with multiple orders at that price. Is it possible to disable the multiple orders at the same price feature? I only want one order or none at a certain price level. 2) is it possible to cancel an order directly in the buy/sell column of the DOM? I know i can click the X in the chart window (Chart DOM) or in the order column of the normal DOM, but trading order flow this is sometimes too slow and i have to shift my focus from the tape to the chart or order column in the DOM. Ideally it would be possible to have (1) and (2) together. Is such a config possible with SC? thank you! |

1. It is not possible to do what you want. Instead just modify the order quantity up rather than placing a new order. 2. No but you can align the X button towards the right: Chart Trading and the Chart DOM: Change Location of Orders and Position Lines on Chart Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Hello, thank you for your answer. Regarding 1) The point is not to change order size but rather have at most one order at a price level or none. I want to prevent having multiple orders at a price level. This has nothing to do with size. 2) I already found that but still the problem remains, that workflow is sometimes too slow, focusing to hit the X and taking the eyes of the tape. Anyway, thanks again for your answer. May i suggest this behaviour as a feature request? with kind rgards |
