Can I use Infinity/TransAct data with the Sierra platform from you. I would rather use Sierra DOM and such, then the one they provide with Sierra. Thanks, PS I know you provide data as more of a service then a profit center. This is why I am not shy to ask. |

Actually, Transact somehow disables the Sierra DOM. There is no menu item File >> Open the Trading DOM for Chart. I recall it used to be there, but you would get an error message when you tried it. If you can find a chart book that was saved with the Sierra DOM, then that may work. It did for me when I first switched from another broker to Transact.

I do believe you have to purchase Sierra from Sierra to have it work. I want Infinity as broker and data with TransAct. Will get a second platform from Sierra. That is what I was asking about. Also want to make sure I can use Market Depth with the second (Sierra) platform. (With TransAct) |
