Follow the instructions here to update the Symbol Settings: Global Symbol Settings: Update Global Symbol Settings Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". You just need to do this once per symbol and not for each chart. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users. Still nothing. Only a single bar. Updated global symbol settings. Delete all data and download. Disconnect and reconnect to data feed. Am I the only one? Date Time Of Last Edit: 2019-05-28 17:46:04

Ok. I have sent the log for analysis. The last line seemed interesting: Message from IB: Error validating request:-'bP' : cause - Historical data query end date/time string [49] is invalid. Format is 'YYYYMMDD{SPACE}hh:mm:ss[{SPACE}TMZ]'. IB Error Code: 321. Request ID: 200033. | 2019-05-29 08:36:13.041
Like I said, everything else works fine. Time bars volume bars, tick bars, renko etc. Its just this daily chart on the new micro ES contract. |

We now see what the problem is. You are not using the correct symbol. The correct symbol is: MES-201906-GLOBEX-USD Therefore the symbol mapping does not work properly. All my charts are set to MES-201906-GLOBEX. I just want to say that I have had no problem with this symbol (except for daily charts). Now I have changed to MES-201906-GLOBEX-USD and the chart data is delayed. daily it's frozen. The 30-minute chart seems to be delayed as well. MES-201906-GLOBEX = price twitching up and down. MES-201906-GLOBEX-USD = Price frozen. |

You need to change all of the symbols for that particular futures market to MES-201906-GLOBEX-USD and reconnect to the data feed: File Menu: Procedure to Reconnect to the Data and Trade Servers The reason for the problem has to do with how the Interactive Brokers system works.
