Hello, I'm experiencing a problem. Every time I change the bar period, I get this error message: do no find FIELD-CODE-BEGIN-RECORD.
Can someone help me please with this?

This error happens in multiple occasion, always when I change the period in the chart.

There is something wrong with this file:
C:\SierraChart\TradeActivityLogs\TradeActivityLog_2019-05-22_UTC.data

Exit from Sierra Chart and delete that file.

I have deleted that file and then all the files into the tradelogs folder but this message keeps popping up.

You should not have to do anything other than exit, delete the file and start again. Certainly not a few restarts. We will test this.

After restart, everything was deleted in Spreadsheet System for Trading.
We definitely do not accept this as a valid report at all. It is not even technically valid. Deleting one of the trade activity files has no effect on a particular Spreadsheet or an instance of a Spreadsheet study, other than potentially the reported Position quantity and fields like that.

Also the error is not something which would be triggered by updating Sierra Chart either. There is a problem with the data in one of the files like being incomplete. Possibly caused by an abnormal shutdown of Sierra Chart.

Those messages are ok. Those just indicate the query times. Were these the messages you were referring to initially? Those do not indicate any kind of problem.
