Accessing Market Data from Other Instances of Sierra Chart

Hello, After downloading the latest version od SC, a find out that I have to set the new settings to use Data from Other Instance of Sierra Chart. I followed the instructions described in: Accessing Market Data from Other Instances of Sierra Chart. Finally, I added a symbol to GlobalSymbolSettings.XML file, which I want to use on the chart connected to Interactive Brokers. The documentation says: You will see the symbol listed in File >> Find Symbol >> Custom or whatever you have set the <category> tag to. But that is not the case. The symbol is not listed. Can you please advise with this. Thank you |

We apologize for this. We are going to get this resolved as quickly as possible. There was a misunderstanding during the development process of the Symbol Settings leading to this. Assuming there is not a mistake with the Symbol Settings you have created. But the main point we are describing here is that there is not a way to add new symbol settings in the new interface for Symbol Settings.
