I set up free trial on Thursday. I tried logging in on Sunday to test it out during trading week. I receive following message: THIS ACCOUNT REQUIRES ACTIVATION! The features available have been restricted. You do not have access to the features normally available with the free trial. Refer to the Sierra Chart Trial Account and Account Activation page. Please advise. |

Your trial account has not been extended. We see that you have previously used Sierra Chart and have had at least 15 days of trial time. You will need to make a payment for usage time. Follow these instructions to add usage time to your Sierra Chart account: 1. Select "Help >> Add Usage Credit" on the Sierra Chart software menu.
