No, it has not been removed. Perhaps if you are having a problem with it, it might relate to the new symbol settings changes. Check the relevant settings in Global Settings >> Symbol Settings. No, it has not been removed.
I can't find the "New" button to create a custom symbol in the symbol list at Global Settings >> Symbol Settings. If the feature has not been removed, what exactly should I do to add a custom calculated symbol now? The instructions at Custom Calculated Symbols: Instructions don't seem to work anymore. Thanks |

Any update on this issue? The instructions and screenshots do not match the current Symbol Settings dialog. I am attempting to create a custom derived symbol, and according to the current instructions: "Enable the Uses Formula Operators option. This is absolutely essential to have this option enabled." There is no "advanced" tab, nor could I find I any item within the inputs in the dialog to handle this. Thanks, Jeff |

You need to update to the latest version of Sierra Chart to add a new symbol to the Symbol Settings. Refer to: Software Download: Fast Update The documentation still has to be updated but it should be clear what to do. If you need further help please wait for the documentation updates.
