[Programming Help] - regarding trade activity log

I have taken time frame 15minutes. when buy order fired , in my log, time is 9:30 am at 1.119475 but in trade activity log it shows 9:45 am at 1.11950. i have used if (sc.GetBarHasClosedStatus() == BHCS_BAR_HAS_NOT_CLOSED) return; when i start my strategy.
