I have two computers side by side (with permission for 2 simultaneous real-time connections) with both logged in at the present moment to my Futures Trading Evaluator account. For the period of [2019-04-23 to Today] on one of the computers the "Closed Trades Profit/Loss" for all Trades shows -662, while on the other one (for the same period) the same cell shows +1275. I believe the +1275 number is the correct one. I should note that this is the first time both computers have been logged into my Futures Trading Evaluator account; this was done as a test of what I believe to be the incorrect statistics total that first appeared this morning on the computer I normally use to trade this account.

Do you notice any missing fills on the Trade Activity tab of the Trade Activity Log? That really should not be the case with this service but if there is, then follow the instructions here to clear the trade activity data for the particular Trade Account: Trade Activity Log: Clearing Trade Activity Data And then reconnect to the data feed to cause the fills to be Re-downloaded: File Menu: Procedure to Reconnect to the Data and Trade Servers And what version of Sierra Chart are you running? Thanks for the quick response. Upon review I did see some strange rows in the erroneous trade activity log, but they were too confusing for me to decipher. In regard to the above link to the instructions on how to clear the trade activity log, I was uncertain about the setting to use in the leftmost drop down menu (probably "All Activity") on the third row of the window, so I navigated to the TradeActivityLog folder using windows and deleted all the files therein. After this all the (version 1910) instantiations of SierraChart that I was using agreed on the statistics I believe to be correct. By the way, I just upgraded to version 1915 and the statistics remain correct as expected. [Footnote: during my testing I opened a third instance of Sierra Chart and saw a completely different value for the statistics than the two I mentioned in my original post; this instance now shows the correct data after manual deletion of the logs].

Ok this is good but we hope there is no problem with the downloading of historical order fills at times when Sierra Chart was not connected to the server. Certainly when you deleted the files and reconnected there was not a problem but we want to make sure from time to time there is not . If you see any further issue let us know and we will review all of this. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users.
