False Position Appearing on Laptop, not Desktop

I have no positions on at all right now (confirmed with brokerage), and none of my trading platforms show I do, including when I open Sierra Chart on my desktop. When I open Sierra Chart on my laptop, however, it shows that I have a position on the "Positions" tab of the "Orders and Positions" window. I have went through all the instructions on Trading Information Windows: Incorrectly Reported Trade Position Quantity and have updated to the latest version of Sierra Charts. I also contacted my brokerage and they couldn't figure out the problem, and directed me to make a post here.

The only thing we can say is to reconnect to the CQG server:
File Menu: Procedure to Reconnect to the Data and Trade Servers

We do hear about this issue from time to time when using CQG. However, if you are using the same CQG account from two different installations of Sierra Chart and have reconnected both to the CQG server they should be reporting the same Trade Position data.
