No Market Depth in ES, but okay in other Indices

Hi: For some reason, this morning there is no Market Depth for the ES in a chart DOM or regular DOM in Sierra Chart. Opening the NQ, & the new MES, I have the Market Depth. Also, checking the ES depth in OEC Trader & another professional DOM using the GAIN data feed, the ES depth is showing. I have called GAIN, & they said it seems to be an issue in SC. I have created new charts, tested, & also downloaded the pre-release 1916 to 're-install' in case there was a corrupted file somewhere. I have also deleted all data & re-downloaded, etc. No joy. Please advise. Thank you. |

same here ... but apparently only on live. Demo feed has full market depth. Tested with SC 1915 . so think its unlikely to be a SC issue. Also contacted my broker on this

I just confirmed and you're right! Demo is showing market depth. Live is not. And GAIN data is working on other platforms, so, presumably, it's not a data issue.

You need to have Gain Capital resolve this. This is absolutely absolutely a problem on their side. This is point-blank obvious.

User 97684: your comment is not at ALL helpful & you clearly did not read the original post: as stated, OEC Trader (which IS actually GAIN's Trader)- the depth works fine, as well as with Jigsaw Daytradr... The issue is with the ESM19 in Sierra Chart. OTHER CME Indices function properly as well. This issue has NOT yet been resolved & depending on someone's style, can affect their earnings & livelihood, as they might be out of business until it is fixed. Update: just a couple minutes ago, my platform disconnected and reconnected, accompanied by a brief download of data. ES market depth has been restored on my end....
