Bid and Ask Depth Bars not saving

Hi, I've got Bid and Ask Depth Bars loaded on my chart and i've enabled global symbol settings>intraday>record market depth. Depth bars stay on screen for about 20-30m then they are truncated and disappear. Any idea what could be causing this? Thanks S |
