I sent over a request. I know how to post something on the support board. In your information it says anything you want private should not be on posted to the public? If i write something to you in CONFIDENCE since it was sent to you PRIVATELY. why do YOU just post it for PUBLIC VIEW as you feel fit? I understand you guys are notorious for being short with your customers when they ask too many questions but when it comes to something that is sent to you in private did you ever think about maybe your customer wants it private and if you don't want to deal with it then tell the customer hey either delete this or post it yourself in the public domain? anyway. maybe I didn't want all that shared with the public? |

In this case therefore we will just not respond to your tickets and instead tell you to use the Support Board. Therefore, you will not receive any further support if you decide not to use the Support Board. We are just trying to maintain efficiency. It is very common that users will post questions which should be on the Support Board but are sent as tickets instead and clearly there is no private information in them. And then we will repost them on the Support Board so that you can get a fast answer rather than us just telling you post on the Support Board.
