Hello, I have what I think is a very strange problem. I have an a alert sound that I use with certain price levels, this alert sound is very annoying which is its purpose so that I can't ignore it. At one point in time recently I also assigned this alert sound to 'order filled' notification in the general trade settings menu. I quickly discovered this was a bad idea, but now when I changed back to my original order filled sound I get both the sound that I want and also the other annoying sound, they play simultaneously when an order is now filled. I have removed the alert from both the Alerts/General 3 tab in general settings and also from the AlertSounds folder where I have Sierra Charts installed! How sierra charts still has access to and plays this sound is beyond me. Could you provide any insight here please. Regards Date Time Of Last Edit: 2019-05-02 15:02:55

Maybe you have another installation of Sierra Chart like a sub instance, which is playing that sound file?
