Sierra Chart popup error

Lately, I've been getting popup errors while using Sierra Chart. Not sure why it's happening but I would abort and reopen, and withing 1-30 minutes, popup happens again and it's getting very annoying. I have called my broker and they told me to run Sierra Chart version update under Help and I've done that and it's still happening. For some reason, i can't attach the snapshot picture I saved of the error in this email. So hopefully, you guys can help me. What I can say briefly about the error is that it ha something to do with Microsoft Visual C++ runtime error - Assertion failed! Also, way below the box of the error, it says something about debug and JIT must be enabled. Please help. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2019-05-01 17:38:32

We want you to update to prerelease 1916. Here are the instructions: Software Download: Fast Update That particular error though is related to formatting of numbers as strings. We are not sure why it is happening. You should no longer be getting that error message but we are wondering if any number somewhere is not displayed properly.
