Is it possible in sierra to pick two points on a chart and have it place bulk orders between the two, say 20 orders in a range? I'd like to scale orders in certain areas. Specifically talking about Bitmex btc trading. Thanks.

Not through the User Interface or any of the built-in trading studies. This is something you would have to develop using the ACSIL interface.
