Charting Irregularity with 15 second bars

I am running version 1045, my data source is OEC live, my "Intraday Data Storage Time Unit" is "1 Tick". The attached images for today's GCLF4 data shows that "14 second" and "16 second" chart intervals produce correct charts, but the "15 second" chart has weird extra bars with exactly the same timestamp (see 12:19:15 as an example). I already tried "Delete All Data and Download" but got the same error. In addition, I charted a different symbol (YMZ3) and got a similar result. I looked into the .scid data file and there were no extra ticks. I tried to attach the data file to the original post, but was unable to do so. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2013-11-21 20:23:00
