Data is not downloading properly. When i press Edit>> Delete all data and download this comes up http://prntscr.com/ne5f1g I have these settings http://prntscr.com/ne5hse http://prntscr.com/ne5krg When i delete all the data 'Data Range in file' still shows 2011-01-02 thanks Date Time Of Last Edit: 2019-04-19 12:52:31

We have looked into this. The solution is to set this Chart Setting to "None": Continuous Futures Contract Charts: Continuous Futures Contract Rollover Options What are you trying to say in regards to this: When i delete all the data 'Data Range in file' still shows 2011-01-02 This does look like the starting date of this symbol. In the next release we will ensure that only the specified number of historical intraday days to download will occur for a symbol when it is not really a futures contract and does not have rollover settings and when the chart has the Continuous Contract option enabled.
