Im using Rithmic Data feed and in sierra this has happened at least twice where i had a position on i went to add it filled but was immediately closed. There is no profit management on or margin issues. Is there something in Sierra that would cause this to happen? ie_ position limits etc

No this is not related to Sierra Chart. We are not understanding the details of this.
