Hello I just want to get some clarification on this subject via support board here - NISS-NYSE (Adv-Dec) + NYSE TICK Calculation At Open We understand Sierra does not want to provide any customer support for inquiries in regards to this, so we at AMP Futures will be happy to help the customers directly. However we just want to at least verify the question the customer is asking. If a customer subscribes to cash index data that CQG supports can they use that data subscription with sierra charts via CQG? We don't need to know the quality of the data nor the accuracy of it we just want to know if the customer can actually view the cash index data from CQG if they are subscribed to it, so they can determine for themselves if they like the data. If the answer is yes where does the customer go to pull the cash index data from CQG within the sierra charts platform for example from this screenshot attached? |

Johnny, I'm a recent new AMP customer (username john_ampfutures) still testing out your CQG based services but very pleased so far. I am, however, very experienced with Sierra Chart as I've been using it since Version 39 (was there really a version 39 Anthony?) with IB. If you require testing of something like this as a customer would see it, feel free to contact me. In this case you'd need to enable the particular data feed for my account as I only use HKEX. If a customer subscribes to cash index data that CQG supports can they use that data subscription with sierra charts via CQG? Yes. We just need to know what the CQG symbols are and we can add them but they can always manually type them in any way:File Menu: Find Symbol (File) Any CQG symbol can be used without restriction but the main issue is they are not going to get historical data unless you authorize their account for the CQG historical data. Yes. We just need to know what the CQG symbols are and we can add them but they can always manually type them in any way: File Menu: Find Symbol (File) That is not working. The cash Nasdaq 100 index symbol for CQG data is ^NDX or NDX. However, neither those symbols, or your own $IUXX, is working. I have CQG data (through Amp) with live data for the Nasdaq enabled. It is working on another platform. Please help me get realtime Nasdaq 100 index for CQG data. Thank you. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2019-09-17 16:21:14
